Legal Age Requirement: All alcoholic beverages may only be sold to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing alcohol will require the signature of the purchaser with valid identification issued by a government agency. Again, all recipients must be 21 years old as required by the law. No exceptions. If for some reason you can not be home to sign for your package, contact your local FedeX office  with your tracking number and they will hold it for you.

If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, or  if you are not home to sign for it the Purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a $25.00 restocking fee.

Weather Related Damage: Craft Beer can freeze or be ruined by excessive heat. Common carriers do not provide climate control over shipments and cannot insure our packages from weather related damage. We do our best to make sure your shipment will not be affected by weather related damage. However, NorthWest Liquid Gold and the common carrier are not responsible for weather related damage. The purchaser assumes all risk brought on by the weather during shipment.

State of Washington: Alcoholic beverages purchased from NorthWest Liquid Gold are sold in the state of Washington. The purchaser assumes responsibility at the time of purchase in the state of Washington to your selected destination.

Shipping: By placing the order with NorthWest Liquid Gold, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.

Restrictions:

Due to restrictions NorthWest Liquid Gold can’t ship alcohol to P.O. or APO addresses.

Processing Time: NorthWest Liquid Gold will process your order within 48 hours. We will send email verification once the product is shipped.

Returns: If the products are damaged in transit, NorthWest Liquid Gold will gladly exchange them for the same product or if not available, a product of greater value.

Substitutions: On a rare occasion substitutions may be made based on the availability of the product. In the case of a substitution, NorthWest Liquid Gold will substitute a product of equal or greater value.

Delivery: NorthWest Liquid Gold utilizes Federal Express shipping and your shipment can take up to five day to arrive. We will do our best to expedite the process. According to Federal Express policies, if the recipient is not home, additional attempts to deliver the product will be made. If the shipment is returned to NorthWest Liquid Gold, the customer will incur the additional shipping charge.
